Mr. Atcha is a 30+-year veteran of the mortgage industry with experience in origination, sales ghostwriter agentur & marketing, technology, operations, servicing, GSE governance.  Mr. Atcha started originating loans in 1993 and has been through three major economic cycles. Mr. Atcha has raised over $5 million in capital for the different companies that he has started. A major accomplishment was being CEO of a start-up mortgage banking company which took a $2-million-dollar investment into a $20+ million-dollar company within 4 years.  The originator closed close to $1 billion in loan funding through retail, wholesale and correspondent ghostwriter österreich channels in 2012.  The company also retained servicing and organically grew a servicing book greater than $1.5 billion.  Mr. Atcha’ s expertise also includes secondary marketing, GSA delivery, investor relations, MSR acquisition and GNMA securitization.  He has also worked in loss mitigation during the mortgage meltdown.  He personally managed over 100 ghostwriting österreich assets and took those assets through foreclosure, loan modification, deed in lieu, REO and sale.  For the last decade Mr. Atcha has worked on the utilization of technology to make the manufacturing process of a mortgage quicker and less expensive.
